Spending Christmas at this Tuscan villa was amazing. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from the large terrace and the helpful staff was a plus. the hotel rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. the villa itself was stylishly decorated with antique furniture that really gave us a feel of Italian style. We also appreciated the on-site food which was delicious and prepared with care.
The thin walls allowed us to hear too much noise from other guests. there was no one at the reception sometimes, making it hard to get things when we needed them.

Friendly staff who provided a complementary bottle of bubbles was a nice touch to the honeymoon experience. Rooms were beautiful and clean with modern bathroom facilities. The surrounding area is picturesque, with beautiful views of the mountains.
The hotel lacked basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and a pool bar, which made it difficult to relax and stay refreshed. The thin walls allowed for noise to travel, which disrupted our peaceful evenings.
